1. Purchase a Commission Slot:
   • Purchase a Kit Commission slot for your specified kit.
2. Confirmation and Time Frame:
   • Willow Terra Studio will communicate a projected completion timeframe for your commission via email. Current time frame is 8-12 weeks.
3. Review Completed Commission:
   • Once the kit is completed, Willow Terra Studio will email you a photo of the finished commission for your review and approval.
4. Packaging and Framing:
   • This crewel commission will be sent back framed on wooden stretchers and backed with kraft board, ready to hang.
   • If preferred, items can be shipped back unframed (please specify via email).
5. Shipping and Delivery:
   • Willow Terra Studio will ship the completed commission to your specified address.
6. Enjoy Your Completed Artwork:
   • Receive and enjoy your customized, completed kit!
