Embroidery, Crewel, and Latch Hook Kit Commission Process

1. Select and Purchase a Kit:
   • Choose and purchase a vintage or modern-day embroidery, crewel, or latch hook kit of your choice.
   • Kits can be found at various locations:
     1. Flea markets
     2. Thrift stores
     3. Craft stores
     4. Antique malls
     5. Internet selling sites:
        • eBay
        • Etsy
        • Poshmark
        • Mercari
        • Instagram
        • Facebook Marketplace
          
2. Purchase a Commission Slot:
   • Purchase a Kit Commission slot here.
3. Provide Kit to Willow Terra Studio:
   • Willow Terra Studio will email you instructions on how to ship your purchased kit to them.
   • You are responsible for covering the shipping cost of sending the kit.
4. Confirmation and Time Frame:
   • Willow Terra Studio will confirm the receipt of your kit.
   • They will communicate a projected completion timeframe for your commission via email.
5. Review Completed Commission:
   • Once the kit is completed, Willow Terra Studio will email you a photo of the finished commission for your review and approval.
6. Packaging and Framing:
   • All embroidery and crewel commissions will be sent back framed on wooden stretchers and backed with kraft board, ready to hang using command strips upon arrival.
   • If preferred, items can be shipped back unframed (please specify via email).
   • All latch hook kits will be sent back unframed.
7. Shipping and Delivery:
   • Willow Terra Studio will ship the completed commission to your specified address.
8. Enjoy Your Completed Artwork:
   • Receive and enjoy your customized, completed kit!

Current processing time for completion of the kit is 3-5 weeks (upon receiving the kit). Communication will be conducted via email.
