Digital Embroidery and Crewel Kit Commission Process

1. Select and Purchase a Kit:
   • Choose a PDF digital download of an embroidery or crewel pattern of your choice.
   • Most PDF digital download patterns can be found via Etsy.
2. Purchase a Commission Slot:
   • Visit Willow Terra Studio and purchase a Digital Kit Commission slot.
3. Provide Kit to Willow Terra Studio:
   • After receiving the pattern via digital download, email the digital pattern to willowterrastudio@gmail.com
4. Confirmation and Time Frame:
   • Willow Terra Studio will confirm the receipt of your digital pattern.
   • They will communicate a projected completion timeframe for your commission via email.
5. Discuss Supplies:
   • Discussion of thread material and background material will be made via email.
   • Digital kits are all made with modern-day materials and will slightly differ from the original design.
   • All materials and colors are customizable and able to be changed from the original.
   • All materials are provided by Willow Terra Studio.
6. Review Completed Commission:
   • Once the kit is completed, Willow Terra Studio will email you a photo of the finished commission for your review and approval.
7. Packaging and Framing:
   • All embroidery and crewel commissions will be sent back framed on wooden stretchers and backed with kraft board, ready to hang using command strips upon arrival.
   • If preferred, items can be shipped back unframed (please specify via email).
8. Shipping and Delivery:
   • Willow Terra Studio will ship the completed commission to your specified address.
9. Enjoy Your Completed Artwork:
   • Receive and enjoy your customized, completed kit!

Current processing time for completion of the kit is 6-8 weeks (upon receiving the digital download). Communication will be conducted via email.
